General Policies

Mobile Phones

We have designed our space for your relaxation and comfort. We therefore ask that you switch off your mobile phone during your time with us.

 

Arrival 

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time for preparations.  This also ensures that your therapy starts at the set time of your appointment.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals 

As a courtesy to our clients, we would be grateful if cancellations or amendments are made 24 hours in advance of your appointment.  Failure to do so may result in the full service rate being charged or deposit becoming non-refundable. 

If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated.  We may have to reschedule your appointment or reduce the therapy time at full cost.

The management are unable to accept responsibility for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
