Cancellations / Late Arrivals As a courtesy to our clients, we would be grateful if cancellations or amendments are made 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the full service rate being charged or deposit becoming non-refundable. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We may have to reschedule your appointment or reduce the therapy time at full cost.
